Working towards recovery............

On the advice of the Specialist taking care of me, as well as complete rest from any sport, I underwent some intense physiotherapy. This mainly involved massage, manipulation and ultrasound.
I have to confess, that although I was feeling a bit sorry for myself, I did find myself looking forward to the attention from the very nice female physiotherapist!
I must state that I have been very lucky to have benefitted from the hard work and advice I have had from a very professional and experienced team.........
